1. About These Terms

Welcome to Summit Haul. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the storefront at summithaul.shop (the "Site") operated by Arapahoe Peak Ventures LLC, a Colorado limited liability company established in 2019, with its principal address at 4820 Arapahoe Peak Drive, Boulder, CO 80302, United States. Arapahoe Peak Ventures LLC owns and operates the Summit Haul storefront and serves as the merchant of record for all orders placed through the Site.

Summit Haul is an independent specialist retailer for hiking backpacks and outdoor gear from top brands, including KingCamp, Osprey, CamelBak, and Proviz. We are an independent multi-brand specialist and are not an official brand store for KingCamp, Osprey, CamelBak, or Proviz. References to those brands on the Site describe the products we carry and do not imply official brand ownership or endorsement of this store.

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Site to:

4. Catalog and Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability information on the Site are accurate. Before a product appears on the storefront, our team reviews the product details, images, and specifications against the manufacturer's data and corrects any discrepancies. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your remedy is governed by the Returns and Authenticity sections below.

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices vary across products due to differences in brand positioning, technology, materials, and target audience. Seasonal demand and exchange rate fluctuations also influence pricing, allowing us to offer dynamic value.

Our pricing is competitive because we operate as an online-only retailer with no physical retail locations, which reduces overhead. Our multi-brand specialist model lets us focus on a limited category rather than broad e-commerce, leading to deeper inventory knowledge and better supplier terms. We purchase through authorized distribution channels and use automated order processing and data-driven demand forecasting to keep costs down. This price advantage is the result of operational efficiency and sourcing strategy, never a reduction in product integrity. Every item we sell is sourced from authorized channels and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

From time to time, we may offer promotional coupons or discounts. For example, the coupon code SUMMIT15 provides 15% off eligible items when applied at checkout. Coupon eligibility follows the checkout rules presented for each order. Promotions are funded from our operating marketing budget and cooperative funding provided by our brand partners for retailer promotions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for any amounts paid.

7. Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

8. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $45.00. For orders below that amount, standard shipping is $8.00. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition for a refund. To initiate a return, contact us at support@summithaul.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the product information provided by the manufacturer and the support guidance provided on the product listing. If you have a warranty question, contact us at support@summithaul.shop and we will direct you to the appropriate support path.

11. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee that every item sold on the Site is 100% authentic. All products are procured from authorized distributors and vetted suppliers with proven track records. We maintain documentation for each batch and verify serial numbers and packaging to ensure authenticity. We perform spot checks on incoming inventory to verify condition and functionality, and items are packed in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

If you believe a product you received is not authentic, you may submit a claim to our quality assurance team. To do so, please provide the following to support@summithaul.shop:

• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation);
• Photographs of the item and its packaging;
• A detailed description of the issue or concern.

Upon receipt of a claim, our quality assurance team will log the case and assign a unique reference number. The team verifies the product's authenticity using available documentation and, if necessary, contacts the manufacturer for verification. We will provide an update within 2 business days and aim to resolve the claim within 5 business days.

If an authenticity concern is confirmed, you may return the product for a full refund or an equivalent replacement, and we will reimburse the original return shipping costs. We commit to a fair and prompt resolution for every claim and will offer a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate to the situation.

We encourage you to examine your order upon delivery, checking for any signs of damage or defects. If anything seems amiss, please contact us through the quality assurance channel above.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and layout, are the property of Summit Haul, Arapahoe Peak Ventures LLC, or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names, product names, and trademarks of third parties, including KingCamp, Osprey, CamelBak, and Proviz, belong to their respective owners and are used on the Site solely to describe the products we sell.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arapahoe Peak Ventures LLC, Summit Haul, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
